Waiting |
||
|
There's no good way to deal with the waiting period between the day you have completed your paperchase and the day that you receive your referral. If you follow the discussion boards, you may get a good idea of when you might receive your referral, but even that is only an approximation. A good thing to do at this time would be to start getting your home organized and ready for your new arrival. When you realize how baby-proof your house ISN'T, you'll realize just how much work you have ahead of you. :) If you need to get ideas about how to baby-proof your home, just ask some friends with a toddler to come over and visit. Their child will more than likely point out a number of things that you will need to cover, lock, put up higher or put away entirely. If you don't find things to keep you otherwise occupied you may end up feeling as if each hour has 120 minutes and each day has 48 hours. No matter what you do, though, you will probably always find yourself watching the clock and the calendar, waiting to get the phone call from your agency. With that in mind, here's what time your compter says it is right now... |
